Seasoned Backend Developer with experience in Go development for on-premise video systems

About the job:

We’re looking for an experienced backend developer to craft high-performance code for distributed video systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient backend systems focused on performance and real-time video delivery.

• Participate in code design, code review, remote team management, and knowledge distribution.

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and microservices on docker.

• Handle installation and maintenance of server software.

Must-Have:

• 3-5 years of experience with Go
• Proficiency in python
• Experience with on-premise systems development
• Solid experience with video streaming technologies such as WebRTC, HLS, and RTSP/IP protocols
• 3+ years in MVC platforms (Django preferred)
• Familiar with Redis, Kafka, and Agile methodologies

• Huge advantage: some experience with AI/ML and algorithmics
• Huge advantage: experience in Infrastructure Configuration via Ansible, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes
• Huge advantage: some experience in working with Nvidia hardware
