As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing frameworks and strategies that weave AI into our software solutions, directly influencing our deliverables' quality and productivity. Your Responsibilities

• Craft high-level architecture for AI-powered systems automating complex software development tasks, including architecture generation, dependency management, and predictive coding.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and software engineering advancements by participating in R&D projects, attending industry events, and engaging with academic and professional communities. What You Won’t Be Doing
• Routine Code Maintenance: Engaging in regular updating or debugging of existing software to address minor issues or enhance functionality.
• Standard Software Development: Performing basic coding or development tasks involving implementing simple features without AI integration. Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software engineer driving impactful initiatives.
• Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
• Proven track record in successfully deploying Generative AI products, projects, solutions, or tools.
• Experience utilizing various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges. About Our Company

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
