AI Coach with HR Expertise (Expert)
Location: Brussels – Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Bruxelles
On-site / Remote: 60% on site, 40% homeworking
We are looking for an AI Coach with HR knowledge/experience to support the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence within the Human Resources department .
Mission Context
As a Data Analytics Translator (AI Coach), you will act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer. Your role will be to help HR teams identify high-value use cases, guide them in using AI tools effectively, and ensure that solutions are adopted in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Prioritize Use Cases: Spot automation opportunities in HR, assess feasibility/impact, design and support pilots and POCs.
- Support Adoption & Change: Facilitate day-to-day use of AI tools (e.g. Copilot), create reference prompt libraries, share best practices, and ensure alignment with AI governance.
- Evangelize & Educate: Raise awareness of AI opportunities in HR areas such as recruitment, learning & development, workforce planning, employee experience, and administrative processes. Deliver workshops, training, and hands-on sessions.
Required Profile
- Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in AI/HR transformation, digital adoption, or related fields.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models), ability to simplify technical concepts, familiarity with AI governance and ethics.
- Business: Proven experience in transformation initiatives, strong facilitation and training skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes and challenges, awareness of AI opportunities in HR and HR analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer orientation, adaptability, problem-solving, empathy, team spirit, proactivity, and results focus.
Languages
- Dutch and French: Fluent or at least basic in one when the other is fluent
- English: Fluent
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, HR, Data Science, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
