At Gmelius, we’re on a mission to reinvent email and collaboration with the power of AI. Now we’re looking for a creative mind who can tell our story through video, using the latest tools like Veo 3 to produce content that sparks curiosity, inspires action, and gets the world talking.

As our AI Video Producer, you’ll bring Gmelius to life through compelling, high-quality video content. From short social clips to bold product explainers and thought-leadership stories, your work will shape how thousands of professionals around the world discover and experience Gmelius.

You’ll be hands-on withVeo 3and other AI-powered tools, experimenting with new creative formats while crafting a consistent, impactful visual identity across platforms. Every video you create will be designed to boost brand awareness, engage our B2B audience, and amplify our vision of AI-powered productivity.

This role is central to Gmelius’ growth and you’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, Growth, and Product teams. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, test, and push boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Concept & create: Ideate, storyboard, and produce video campaigns for social media, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• AI-powered production: Use Veo 3 (and other AI tools) to generate innovative, high-quality video content.
• Edit & refine: Adapt and optimize videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
• Measure & improve: Track performance and continuously test new ideas to maximize reach and engagement.
• Experiment boldly: Push creative boundaries with new AI workflows, ensuring Gmelius stays ahead of the curve.

Your profile

• Experience: 2+ years in hands-on video production, ideally in SaaS, tech, or a creative agency environment.
• Skills: Strong in editing, motion graphics, and storytelling. Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
• AI Expertise: Skilled in Veo 3 and curious about experimenting with other AI-driven creative workflows (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, etc.).
• Creativity: Able to transform complex product features and abstract concepts into engaging, visually powerful stories.
• Social-first mindset: Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices for short and long-form video.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align content with brand goals.
