🤖 About the Role

As an AI Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating AI adoption, identifying uses cases for prompts, assistants, agents and coordinating with the AI team.

📊 You will:

• Deliver GenAI trainings and workshops tailored to departmental and client needs.
• Identify and refine AI use cases and fundamental process/application opportunities (e.g., SAP cycles, HR, IT, Data, Risk Management).
• Develop and optimize AI prompts, assistants, and agents (e.g., copilots) with support from internal AI teams.
• Facilitate AI integration into daily workflows and strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the banking and financial services sector.
• Lead the development of comprehensive digital & AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Map and optimize customer journeys across banking touchpoints to enhance experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Drive digital and AI transformation initiatives by evaluating and recommending relevant technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute digital & AI projects tailored to business needs.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics and adoption KPIs across departments, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to client presentations, reports, and proposals, embedding AI-enhanced insights and strategies.

📊 You bring to the table:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry.
• A strong passion for AI adoption, digital strategy, technology, and innovation within banking.
• T-shaped professional with GenAI prompting skills and knowledge in operations, IT, HR, Data, or Risk Management.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and refine AI use cases.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with digital banking technologies and AI platforms (e.g., online/mobile banking, fintech solutions, GenAI tools).
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented and innovation-driven environment.

🌟 What success looks like:

• You have delivered 5+ tailored AI workshops per quarter for banking departments or clients.
• You have identified and refined 10+ AI use cases per department per quarter, driving measurable value.
• 90% of staff in your scope are trained on GenAI tools, with 65% actively applying AI in daily work.
• At least 50% of identified AI use cases progress to the development or implementation stage.
• Your initiatives contribute to a 10% productivity gain by 2030, directly supporting departmental KPIs.
• You are recognized as a trusted advisor for embedding AI and digital strategies that transform banking operations, improve customer journeys, and deliver measurable business impact.
