As part of our expansion into the field of Artificial Intelligence, we are looking for an experienced and passionate AI Trainer to lead our AI & Machine Learning training programs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI Trainer to design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions on topics like Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI model development, deployment, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have real-world experience and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and upskilling students and professionals in the AI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver live online sessions on AI-related topics.
• Create and update training materials, projects, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects, model building, and real-world use cases.
• Stay current with the latest AI trends and tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Provide one-on-one mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and career guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with the content and operations team to improve training delivery and learner engagement.

Key Topics to Cover (as applicable):

• Python for AI/ML
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Large Language Models (LLMs) GPT, BERT, etc.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Generative AI (text, image, and audio generation)
• AI Model Deployment (FastAPI, Docker, AWS, etc.)
• Agentic AI & Autonomous Agents
• Ethics, Fairness, and Explainability in AI
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development or AI education/training.
• Proficient in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience teaching or mentoring is a plus.
