Mission Statement:
As AI Technology Lead, you will drive the exploration, adoption, and integration of AI technologies, leveraging your background in AI, automation, and integration to bridge the gap between AI research and real-world applications. In this role, you will experiment hands-on with AI, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and help teams effectively apply AI to business challenges. You will also build and facilitate an AI Tech Community, fostering knowledge sharing and innovation across the organization while ensuring AI is seamlessly integrated into our business and technology landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and facilitating an AI Community, driving AI knowledge-sharing and adoption.
- Execute hands-on AI experimentation, evaluating existing AI technologies
- Deliver AI-driven solutions by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement of existing workflows and systems.
- Manage the integration of AI technologies into enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity with IT infrastructure, automation tools, and business applications.
- Define and maintain prompt engineering best practices, optimizing AI model interactions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
- Evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and frameworks, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and strategic adoption.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships, aligning AI solutions with business needs and technical capabilities.
- Define and manage AI integration processes, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across the organization.
- Accountable for driving AI strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technology advancements.
- Develop and oversee AI-related training and enablement initiatives, supporting teams in effectively leveraging AI tools and methodologies in alignment with I&T.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in in the field of AI, Automation or RPA.
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed team.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
