🔍 We Are Hiring: AI Technical Lead

Exp - 8 to 12 years

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in AI architecture, machine learning, or agentic AI systems development.

Strong expertise in reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), or autonomous AI frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise integration methodologies.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, C# or LangChain.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, or other enterprise software (preferred).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to AI system design.

Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience in multi-agent systems (MAS), AI-powered automation, or decision-support AI models.

Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain optimization

Key Responsibilities:

Architect Scalable AI Systems – Design and implement robust frameworks for autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making, adaptation, and self-improvement.

Develop Agentic AI Models – Build and refine AI agents that can autonomously interact with data, perform tasks, and optimize business processes using reinforcement learning, large language models (LLMs), and symbolic reasoning.

Integrate AI with Enterprise Platforms – Ensure seamless connectivity between agentic AI systems and existing infrastructure, including ERP, e-commerce platforms and other business applications.

Optimize AI Performance – Develop strategies for enhancing agent autonomy, ensuring efficiency, ethical AI governance, and alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams – Work closely with data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and product teams to deploy and refine AI-driven workflows.

Stay Updated on AI Advancements – Continuously research and implement best practices for agentic AI, including emerging technologies such as multi-agent systems (MAS) and neuro-symbolic AI.
