AI Specialist for Virtual Conversational Companion Development

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Specialist to help develop an advanced virtual interaction platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, with a focus on creating engaging, dynamic, and emotionally intelligent conversations. You will collaborate with our team to design, train, and optimize custom AI models that deliver personalized, immersive user experiences.

We would prefer the model to be custom-built, potentially based on frameworks like Lambda, rather than relying on pre-existing solutions like OpenAI. This is our MVP (Minimum Viable Product), so we are looking for a cost-effective, scalable solution that aligns with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune conversational AI models to enhance user interaction and engagement
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our platform
• Explore and implement cost-effective AI solutions, focusing on custom models
• Conduct research on emotional intelligence in virtual assistants and apply best practices
