AI Solutions Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an AI Solutions consultant to join our team. This role serves as the crucial link between our sales and technical teams, ensuring a seamless transition from identifying client needs to delivering AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with potential clients to uncover areas where Agentic workflows can optimize their operations, followed by creating actionable insights, developing reports, and providing training on AI systems. This is an operational, client-facing role that requires a unique blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Process Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth sessions with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation through Agentic workflows.
• Listen actively, analyze operations swiftly, and suggest practical AI-driven optimizations, focusing on quick wins and scalable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how AI can improve efficiency and meet their business goals.

Reporting & Technical Liaison:

• Summarize client meetings into detailed reports that highlight potential opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with the CTO and technical team to determine the feasibility of implementing proposed solutions, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Maintain a balance between technical knowledge and strategic insight, ensuring clients receive a roadmap aligned with their needs and capabilities.
• Training & Support:
• Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for client teams, ensuring they understand how to use the AI tools effectively.
• Address any concerns or questions with empathy and clarity, ensuring the successful adoption of AI solutions across the client’s organization.
• Serve as an ongoing support resource, ensuring the AI systems continue to provide value post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting, ideally with exposure to AI or automation technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand and map business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Experience in creating clear, concise reports and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, liaising between sales, technical teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Comfortable leading training sessions, with the ability to present technical information in an engaging, user-friendly manner.
• Outgoing, empathetic, and customer-focused, able to manage client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in consulting, especially within AI, automation or business process optimization.
• Understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, and automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with product ownership or project management.
