AI Solution Analyst - REMOTE

Role: Solution Analyst – SA2 (P2) Position Type: Full-Time (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 12 months+ Work Hours: IST overlapping with EST/UK timings Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote, India Experience: 3+ Years

Position Overview The Solution Analyst (SA2) supports the AI for Delivery team by assisting in the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions within Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

As a junior citizen developer / business analyst, the SA2 gathers requirements, documents processes, edits prompts, and supports the configuration of AI agents. This is a career-building role where the analyst will gain exposure to enterprise transformation projects, working alongside senior team members to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Support

• Work with SMEs and senior analysts to capture requirements, desired deliverables, and process variations.
• Document processes, data requirements, and expected outputs (e.g., file formats, templates).
• Contribute to project charters and solution use cases.

AI Configuration & Support

• Assist in configuring Copilot Studio agents through GUI-driven tools.
• Edit and test prompt templates under guidance of senior analysts.
• Help validate outputs, troubleshoot mismatches, and propose refinements.
• Support integration of solutions with enterprise templates and reporting structures.

Delivery & Documentation

• Assist with test generation, process documentation, and adoption support.
• Maintain solution inventories, knowledge bases, and technical documentation.
• Participate in workshops, demos, and user training sessions.
• Provide feedback on platform usability and constraints.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or technology support.
• Familiarity with enterprise software projects (CRM, ERP, or similar).
• Basic understanding of AI/automation tools or low-code platforms.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Curiosity and interest in learning AI-driven citizen development.

Desirable

• Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI tools.
• Experience supporting system integration or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones (EST and UK).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹248,409.35 - ₹605,932.13 per year
