As a member of our Innovation Group, you will be at the forefront of our product development. This role is for a hands-on builder and innovator who will help define and create new AI platforms and products for our world-leading Threat Intelligence Platform. You will work at the intersection of AI, threat intelligence, and engineering, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our platform and empowering our clients. Responsibilities Innovate and Ideate: Work at the intersection of AI, threat intelligence, and engineering to identify opportunities to build new products and features using the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. Define and Design: Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to detailed technical design. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, intelligent systems that can process vast amounts of data to provide actionable insights. Build and Deploy: Be a hands-on contributor, building and deploying the core of our new AI platforms. You will work with a team of experts to bring these new capabilities to life and embed AI into our core offerings. Lead PoC Projects: Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects, experimenting with LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks to create tangible business impact. Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and implement cutting-edge AI models and tools, promoting a culture of innovation and fostering AI adoption across the organization. Requirements Must-Haves 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development for a product-driven company. Deep expertise in AI-native development, with a proven track record of architecting, building, and shipping AI-powered features. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Mastery of large-scale, event-driven systems and RAG pipelines, including prompt engineering, chunking strategies, and re-ranking. Experience building and deploying services with container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes, EKS, or AKS. Hands-on experience with developer productivity tools, AI-enhanced automation, and knowledge management systems. Experience with a variety of data stores, such as Elasticsearch, SQL, MongoDB, and high-performance vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate). Nice-to-Haves Deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Experience with DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps (ArgoCD). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI applications. Experience with AI Ops, observability tools, and monitoring AI applications in production. A background in software engineering, DevOps, or developer tooling. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, able to identify opportunities and drive AI adoption in a high-impact environment. Published research, open-source contributions, or side projects demonstrating innovative AI applications.
