What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and deploy AI prototypes that automate business workflows in less than 24 hours.
• Take full ownership of AI solutions, overseeing everything from design to deployment and monitoring, without any micromanagement.

AI Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Craft an innovative AI-driven ecosystem that transforms traditional marketing and community operations into intelligent engines, amplifying business impact tenfold. Basic Requirements
• Possess an AI-First Mindset (if you prefer writing code first and using AI as a secondary tool, this role isn’t for you).
• A minimum of 5 years in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience in integrating AI/LLMs into real-world applications via APIs, prompt engineering, or automation.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
