As our Technology Consulting Services department grows, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AI Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our AI services. With a team of over 50 employees, the Technology Consulting Services at NTT DATA Belgium provides strategic guidance and support to assist organizations in navigating the complexities of digital transformation and technology modernization. By thoroughly understanding clients' business objectives, we help develop a corresponding technology and architecture strategy and roadmap while remaining pragmatic. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AI sales specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of NTT DATA technology consulting services by identifying, persuading, and securing new clients. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of Agentic AI and the ability to effectively articulate these solutions in a dynamic and adaptive manner within complex client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential client in their Agentic AI challenges by generating demand and drive journeys made of business cases, prototypes, PoC , PoV, studies,… resulting into NTT DATA Agent-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Agentic AI Ecosystem composed of business analysts, vertical specialists, our AI & Data Centre of Excellence, and our change management practice during the pre-sales phase to convert identified opportunities into billable projects for execution.
  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships addressing their core business functions.
  • Work closely with the NTT DATA sales department to enhance the placement of Agentic AI within the existing client network of NTT DATA.
  • Assist the marketing department in effectively positioning NTT DATA AI services on the market to reduce the perceived onboarding complexity and improve the trust of our clients in paradigm shift.
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of NTT DATA AI portfolio, and it’s positioning in the global AI ecosystem.
  • Represent NTT DATA at external events to enhance the NTT DATA brand and promote its NTT DATA AI portfolio.
  • Monitor and document all sales activities and opportunities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of both the company and AI department.

What we are looking for in candidates:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, from business to IT and related to AI and business processes.
  • Strong understanding of the current AI ecosystem of technologies and associated capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to explain Agentic AI to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
  • Strong network with key business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of consulting services mindset/approach and the ability to communicate its values to clients.
  • Client-centric approach with the capability to identify customer problems and provide optimal solutions, through processes and technical optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fast learning and ability to create value in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of working independently and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines.
  • Bilingual: Dutch or French, and English
