What You Will Be Doing

• Create Brain Lifts: Develop a dynamic, expert knowledge base that refines AI capabilities, informs decision-making, and demonstrates your domain expertise.
• Implement Product Iterations: Deliver small, data-driven enhancements weekly to steer the product towards achieving measurable outcomes.
• Develop Domain Expertise: Gain an in-depth, structured understanding of a specific field to enable informed decision-making, produce tailored outputs, and communicate with confidence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing product roadmaps or dictating what or how to build.
• Engaging in solution-first product management; instead, focus on becoming a domain expert and understanding user needs.
• Spending an entire month on developing a single feature; aim to deliver new features weekly.
• Creating technical solutions or defining software architecture.

Basic Requirements

AI Product Lead key responsibilities

• A minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role where you shaped product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis.
• Proven experience in launching at least one successful product (not just a feature or module) that reached real users, initiated from scratch rather than joining mid-development.
• A strong enthusiasm for integrating AI into your daily tasks, such as research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
