What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and evolve Brain Lifts - our proprietary framework that transforms domain expertise into actionable insights, supercharges AI capabilities, and drives informed decision-making
• Lead rapid product evolution through weekly, data-informed iterations that consistently push the needle toward your defined outcome

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Playing traffic controller with endless roadmaps or feature requests
• Drowning in documentation: No more novel-length PRDs, endless backlog grooming, or exhaustive edge case documentation
• Getting lost in technical weeds or architecture discussions

AI Product Lead Key Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver measurable product outcomes, backed by concrete data that proves your impact

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record with 4+ years in product leadership, where you’ve been the driving force behind product vision and core hypothesis development
• Success story of at least one product launch that reached real users, with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt based on usage metrics and outcomes
• Natural affinity for AI tools and eagerness to integrate them into your daily workflow (whether for research, analysis, synthesis, or strategic planning)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
