Job Title: Senior AI Product Engineer

Location: Dublin / Remote in Ireland or UK.

Salary: Up to €90K basic, Generous Annual leave, Private healthcare, 5% Pension!

Our client is a forward-thinking innovative AI HRTech startup that is going through an exciting phase of growth after recently closing a series A backed by top-tier investors they have brought their total funding to $22.9m.

They are currently looking for a Senior Product Engineer with a passion for AI and internal tooling. This role is pivotal in enhancing their platform’s capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and internal user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Integrate AI-driven features to improve user experience and platform intelligence.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement solutions.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.

Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in Fullstack development using Python, React, Typescript.
• Experience with Agentic AI Work using frameworks like Langchain / Pydantic!
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
