WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an AI Product Engineer, you’ll build the technology that makes Bind exceptional. You’ll work on challenging technical problems and create a platform that makes complex documentation processes accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to design and build LLM-driven agents capable of carrying out complex tasks autonomously and accurately. For example, creating AI systems that can draft customized contracts based on specific business requirements or analyze existing documents to extract key information.
• Solve intricate challenges related to AI scalability, performance, and reliability, ensuring the system can handle high-stakes business workflows like contract negotiations, approval processes, and document lifecycle management.
• Develop intelligent systems that streamline and automate document processes, reducing the need for manual intervention - such as tools that can extract data across multiple documents or identify important clauses automatically.
• Build and maintain scalable backend to support our growing platform, allowing us to serve thousands of users simultaneously with consistently fast performance.
• Implement user-friendly interfaces that provide a seamless experience for users, making complex document operations feel simple and intuitive.
• Contribute to key technical decisions and help establish best practices for a team focused on innovation and excellence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build AI that transforms how businesses handle their documents and information.

Must-Haves:

• Demonstrated experience building products with AI
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience with strong React and TypeScript skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and serverless architectures
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLM applications and architectures
• Passion for user-centric design and intuitive application development
• Experience with complex data-driven applications or workflows
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Figma or Infrastructure as Code
