You will work directly with our founders, lead a talented team of Product Owners, and remain hands-on with critical strategic initiatives.

We’re not looking for a process manager – we need a strategic leader who can translate learning science and AI capabilities into groundbreaking educational solutions that deliver proven results. • Strategic Vision Architecture: Create and iterate on the”Education Domain BrainLift” – the master blueprint that aligns our entire educational ecosystem, synthesizing market insights, team learnings, and strategic direction into a coherent vision for the future of AI-enabled learning.
• Portfolio Orchestration: Transform strategic vision into tactical reality by crafting and steering a dynamic portfolio roadmap, sequencing initiatives to maximize compound value and ensuring every product decision advances the broader mission.
• Hands-On Leadership: Embrace a hybrid role as both strategist and mentor, personally driving critical initiatives while coaching your team through execution cycles to ensure portfolio-wide excellence and cohesion.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Traditional People Management: You’ll lead a team, but focus on strategic direction and execution excellence rather than administrative management.
• Implementing Pre-Baked Strategies: Architect our educational strategy from the ground up rather than executing someone else’s vision.
• Rigid Planning: Maintain an agile, responsive portfolio strategy that evolves with real-world learnings and outcomes.
• Isolated Feature Development: Create a seamlessly integrated educational ecosystem, not a collection of disconnected products and features.

Basic Requirements

• 6+ years in product leadership with ownership of product vision and strategic problem-solving
• Successfully launched at least one product from conception to market success, achieving $1M+ in revenue
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for strategic work, including research, analysis, and planning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
