Location:\u202FRemote (EST Time Zone) Salary Range:\u202F1200 to 1500 USD (Execution-focused scope) Work Schedule:\u202F Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week Preferred time zone overlap with EST (minimum 3–4 hours/day)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive AI Process Automation Coordinator (No-Code) to support business operations by building, maintaining, and optimizing no-code automation systems. Reporting to the founder and working closely with an Executive Assistant, this role will streamline lead generation workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize tools that drive revenue and internal productivity. This is an execution-focused role — ideal for someone who loves turning manual tasks into automated flows using no-code solutions..

Key Responsibilities:

\tBuild and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and Airtable. \tSupport sales campaigns by integrating lead generation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn tools). \tCollaborate with the EA to execute email and marketing automations. \tOptimize CRM workflows (e.g., tagging, segmentation, lead assignment, follow-ups). \tRepurpose AI-generated content into structured campaigns using templates. \tTrack campaign results and support iterations based on performance metrics. \tDocument automation processes and keep SOPs up to date. \tAssist in launching simple AI-driven internal tools or products as needed.

Qualifications:

\tProven experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.). \tStrong understanding of CRM workflows and campaign automation. \tAbility to follow structured processes and implement workflows with precision. \tComfortable working with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to support content or process automation. \tExcellent written communication skills and self-management in remote environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

\tExperience supporting B2B sales or lead generation campaigns. \tFamiliarity with tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. \tExposure to productized services or internal tool launches. \tStrong documentation and SOP-building skills. \tBackground working alongside executive assistants or operators.
