Ai Portfolio Delivery Lead (Remote)

Ai Portfolio Delivery Lead | ASML | Netherlands Introduction to the job Are you passionate about shaping the future of AI in a complex, high-tech environment? ASML is looking for an AI Portfolio & Delivery Lead to accelerate our AI Foundation and AI Services agenda. You will partner with the AI Foundation & Platform Lead to turn strategy into outcomes by leading AI-related epics through the Flow-to-Ready (F2R) process and into implementation with our ARTs. This is a high-impact role for a structured, outcome-driven leader with a consulting mindset, strong stakeholder skills, and a bias for clarity and value. Role and responsibilities You will work alongside the AI Foundation & Platform Product Manager to shape and deliver ASML’s long-term AI strategy. You own the life cycle of AI epics from idea to “Ready” and into execution—defining the value hypothesis, orchestrating discovery and refinement, and aligning IT and business stakeholders so that each epic is prioritized, rightsized, and investable. ASML differentiates between a Business Owner and the AI Portfolio & Delivery Lead. This role is the IT Portfolio & Delivery Lead for AI platform & services and collaborates closely with the Business Owner on portfolio, funding, and prioritization—preventing work from being “thrown over the fence” and ensuring smooth handover to ARTs. You will anchor ways of working, respect AEP prioritization, and model F2R adherence. You will: Own AI epic delivery via Flow-to-Ready (F2R): Lead AI-related epics through the F2R process from idea to “Ready” and into Agile Release Train (ART) execution. Ensure scope is rightsized, value is clear, and intake respects AEP prioritization. Shape AI strategy into executable value: Translate strategic ambitions into actionable value hypotheses, MVPs, and measurable benefits. Co-develop proposals for AI platforms, services, and use cases across on-product, on-edge, and enterprise IT. Lead AI discovery and validation: Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven evaluations to de-risk assumptions. Apply AI-specific evaluation frameworks to validate feasibility, scalability, and compliance. Coordinate IT-wide AI adoption and governance: Standardize Epic Owner practices, enforce F2R adherence, and ensure consistent integration of AI services into IT landscapes. Promote transparency of epic status, risks, and decisions. Partner across business and engineering ecosystems: Collaborate with Risk & Business Assurance (RBA), the AI Program, and System Engineering to align on priorities, security, privacy, and data governance. You’ll actively avoid common pitfalls such as: Handing demand to ARTs without joint refinement (“throwing over the fence”). Pushing epics into delivery without meeting “Ready” exit criteria. Skipping PI Planning or failing to provide sufficient context. Maximizing scope instead of learning in increments Education and experience You bring: 10+ years in data & analytics consulting (Big 4 or equivalent), with enterprise architecture exposure. Master’s degree in engineering, data science, or business strategy. Proven experience in user research, discovery interviews, and insight synthesis. Familiarity with edge computing, data platforms, and AI enablement at scale. Experience with AI governance, evaluation, and platform scalability. Skills Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way do that. You won’t work in a silo. Instead, you’ll be part of a creative, dynamic work environment where you’ll collaborate with supportive colleagues. There is always space for creative and unique points of view. You’ll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems. To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills: Strategic thinking and operational discipline. Strong stakeholder alignment and proposal writing skills. Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication capabilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide adoption. Confidence in navigating complex AI ecosystems and governance frameworks.
