What You’ll Be Doing AI First Product Management: 1) Using AI tools and techniques for everything - when they’re already mature and helpful, but also when they’re new and unknown … test the limits and learn. 2) Working closely with Product Designers and Engineers to identify and deliver new functionality that solves our customers problems. 3) Working in a collaborative, AI-first, test & learn, and highly agile manner. 4) Setting clear expectations with stakeholders and keeping the broader teams informed and inspired. 5) Identifying new opportunities with your team by understanding customer, user, and market requirements. 6) Striving to create an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the business. AI Empowered Feature Development: 1) Distilling complex customer needs, market trends, and traditional functionality, into new, AI driven or assisted functionality. 2) Working closely with leadership while translating our AI Native product vision into feasible and impactful iterations 3) Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, determining what is relevant for our product (and product management), and sharing this with your colleagues.

Requirements:

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of AI agents (system prompt writing and optimising, evals, etc) and how these can be used in practical applications for SaaS use cases High level of English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer centricity and an impact driven mindset. An adaptable and pragmatic mindset that allows you to embrace change and prefer progress over perfectionism. Experience in SaaS organisation, preferably in a senior role. Senior experience in a role with transferrable knowledge/skills to Product Management 2+ years’ experience as a product owner or product manager in a SaaS startup or scale-up.
