AI/ML Product Manager - (Quick Commerce)

About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a AI/ML Product Manager to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

You’ll help power our platform for large-scale businesses, driving the transformation of traditional operations into digital-first experiences. You’ll bridge the physical and digital worlds, creating intuitive solutions that bring essential services and products directly to users’ fingertips through our platform, which operates across 70+ countries.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and a passion for data. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our AI/ML products, from ideation and model development to experimentation and performance monitoring, directly influencing key growth metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

• Drive Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear, actionable product roadmap. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead Data Model Development: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, refine, and deploy machine learning models that enhance personalization, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Own Experimentation & Optimization: Embed systematic experimentation into the product development workflow. Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, iterate quickly, and drive continuous improvements in algorithm performance and key business KPIs.
• Deliver on Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact projects, such as implementing new experimentation frameworks, developing recommendation systems, and building advanced models to support automation and scalable growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across analytics, engineering, product, and commercial teams to align on strategies and ensure solutions meet business needs. Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences to foster alignment and informed decision-making across global teams.

What you need to be successful

• You think in systems and understand how to apply technologies like machine learning or AI to solve problems within larger workflows
• You have excellent product judgment and can distinguish between a feature that looks good on paper and one that truly delivers value in practice
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at navigating competing priorities
• You communicate clearly and can articulate the “why” behind product decisions
• You’re equally excited about exploring new ideas and scaling proven solutions

While mindset is key, 4+ years of product management experience is essential for this role. This ensures you’ve gone through multiple iterations and phases of building products — experience that’s crucial to succeeding here.
