Key details:

• Salary Bracket: $120,000–$230,000 base + up to 25% bonuses + 401(k) match + comprehensive medical/dental/vision & generous benefits
• Location: Remote-first, with optional hub offices in major metro areas including the US, Canada and the UK: Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, New York, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia and even London

Key Skills, Attributes & Tech Desired:

• Builder: Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML, data, or cloud systems at scale. Bonus if done in product-heavy or fast-paced environments.
• Tech-savvy: Strong proficiency in either Python (for data pipelines, ML engineering or general backend systems), or JavaScript/TypeScript (for full-stack development across modern front-end and back-end environments), and therefore, the likes of React, Next, Node.js. Understanding of Cursor AI or similar.
• Exposure to cloud-native ML tooling (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, AzureML, etc.) and general Azure, AWS or Google Cloud (GCP) platforms.
• Cloud-first: Familiar with modern software deployment practices: DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, and serverless frameworks.
• Data-fluent: Hands-on with data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, or BigQuery. Comfortable with streaming and batch data workflows.
• LLMs: Practical exposure to generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) or keen interest in building with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, or embedding-based architectures.
• Innovator: Passionate about experimentation and new tools. Comfortable designing reusable systems and staying at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI architecture (agent frameworks, vector databases, etc.).
• Collaborative: Strong cross-functional skills. You work well with product, DevOps, data, and design partners. Familiar with agile methods, code reviews, and iterative prototyping.
• Outcome-driven: You care about business impact and end-user experience, and you design solutions that deliver real-world results.
• Clear Communicator: Capable of translating complex systems into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Industry: Regulated Domain Exposure: Experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, energy, or other regulated sectors is useful, but not required.

AI/ML Engineers Across Several AI Teams: Join a series cross-functional R&D and product engineering teams pushing the boundaries of intelligent software. You’ll contribute across the stack, from building data pipelines and ML infra to deploying AI applications and LLM-enabled tools.

We’re open to engineers from multiple backgrounds, such as:

• Cloud Engineers (AWS/GCP, MLOps, Vertex AI, Terraform)
