Role & ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy generative AI models (Transformers, GANs, VAEs) for text, image & multimodal tasks.Work with large datasets: preprocessing, feature engineering, and transformation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.Fine-tune, scale, and monitor models in production.Develop pipelines for data ingestion, training, deployment, and A/B testing.Stay updated on generative AI research and apply improvements.Document and communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI/ML (Ph.D. a plus).Experience: 8–11 yrs ML, incl. 2+ yrs in Generative AI/Transformers.Tech Stack: Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.Expertise: Generative AI (Transformers, GANs, VAEs), ML/DL algorithms.MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), GPU/TPU.Data: Preprocessing, feature engineering, unstructured data handling.Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, collaboration.
