AI/ML Engineer (m/f/d) - Deep Learning Specialist

Your Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge deep learning models for various applications (e.g., computer vision, natural language processing, predictive analytics). Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Process and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and preparing it for model training. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions. Develop and deploy machine learning models into production environments, working with MLOps practices. Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and techniques to identify potential improvements. Optimize model performance, inference speed, and resource utilization. Write clean, well-documented, and production-ready code in Python. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the AI/ML field and share knowledge with the team. Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps. Your Profile: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying deep learning models in real-world scenarios. Strong programming skills in Python and extensive experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data science principles. Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
