Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in building intelligent solutions using OpenAI APIs (GPT models), LLMs, and machine learning techniques. You will play a key role in integrating AI features into our CRM platform to enhance lead scoring, automate conversations, suggest actions, and drive predictive insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models into CRM workflows (Lead Scoring, Smart Recommendations, Chat Assistants, etc.)

Build AI-driven conversational interfaces using OpenAI’s GPT models or other LLMs

Work with product and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities within the CRM platform

Optimize AI models for accuracy, speed, and scalability

Fine-tune LLMs or utilize prompt engineering to meet specific CRM use cases

Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and propose relevant features for our roadmap

Implement AI models considering data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible usage

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Python programming with focus on AI/ML solutions

Hands-on experience with OpenAI API (GPT-4, GPT-4o, Whisper, etc.) or other LLM providers (Anthropic, Cohere, etc.)

Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals (classification, clustering, NLP, etc.)

Experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM Fine-Tuning for business applications

Ability to build prototypes quickly and scale production-grade AI services

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI model deployment

Version control (Git) and collaborative development experience

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in SaaS or CRM product environments

Exposure to ML Ops tools and best practices

Understanding of customer data, sales workflows, and automation use-cases

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) for semantic search

Familiarity with data pipelines and real-time AI APIs
