AI/ML Engineer - 6+ months - Remote - September 2025

To support our client in establishing a new AI/ML team, we are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong Python and Azure skills.You will help define and implement core components of the enterprise AI/ML landscape, working closely with cloud, data, and DevOps teams. Tasks:* Define the technical and operational requirements for integrating AI/ML models into the enterprise data platform* Support the evaluation and implementation of AI/ML models (vendor-based and custom-built) within an enterprise model catalogue* Ensure model lifecycle management, including versioning, governance, and explainability aspects* Collaborate with cloud and data engineers to enable smooth handover and integration (no infrastructure ownership required)* Contribute to lightweight interface tools using Flask and Dash* Support model deployment and MLOps tooling (e.g. MLflow, CI/CD, tracking) Requirements:* Proven experience with Python, including Flask and Dash * Practical experience in Azure Cloud environments (ideally with Azure ML)* Solid understanding of common ML model types (classification, forecasting, etc.)* Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (e.g. MLflow, model tracking, versioning)* Ability to work with and evaluate both off-the-shelf vendor models and custom model solutions Project Details:* Start: September 2025 * Duration: 6 months+ (extension possible)* Workload: 4-5 days/week* Location: 100% remote (EU time zone)* Language: English If you are interested in this project, please feel free to contact me using the contact details provided.
