ISIR.AI looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team at ISIR.AI. If you’re passionate about AI/ML, have a strong interest in data-driven solutions, and want to work on cutting-edge projects, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Collect and integrate data from multiple sources, setting up data pipelines for smooth operations.
• Preprocess and clean data, transforming it for effective model building.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and visualize insights for stakeholders.
• Build, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using specific datasets to tailor solutions for various applications.
• Validate and test models, ensuring they meet performance standards.
• Deploy models to production environments and manage cloud integrations.
• Monitor and retrain models to ensure continuous performance improvements.
• Engage with clients, present POCs, and discuss AI-driven solutions.
• Document processes and prepare detailed client reports.

Skills We’re Looking For:

• 0-3 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, etc.), with a focus on Generative AI or AI/ML/DL.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs with custom datasets for specific applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models in production environments.
• Knowledge of ML Ops tools for pipeline automation and model monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and innovation.
