AI/ML Copilot Consultant/10+yrs/Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Copilot Consultant with a strong background in AI engineering, natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered copilots tailored to business functions such as software development, customer service, business intelligence, and operational automation. You will work with cross-functional teams to transform user experiences with intelligent, context-aware assistants using LLMs and multimodal AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Consulting
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and assess opportunities for AI Copilot integrations across business functions.
• Translate business use cases into AI solution architectures using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
• Develop and deliver PoCs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Design & Development
• Architect and build Copilot systems using technologies like OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or custom LLM frameworks.
• Implement chat interfaces, voice UIs, or embedded copilots in tools like VS Code, Teams, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Develop pipelines for fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and tool use (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Integration & Deployment
• Integrate AI assistants with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, knowledge bases, cloud services).
• Ensure robust APIs, low-latency inference, and secure access controls.
• Monitor Copilot usage, performance, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Governance & Ethics
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices including transparency, fairness, and data privacy.
• Define policies around prompt safety, hallucination control, and user consent.
• Contribute to risk assessments, audits, and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data science.
• Proven experience designing and deploying intelligent assistants or copilots.
• Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.) and NLP concepts.
• Hands-on with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases, and toolchains (LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Strong backend/API development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure (OpenAI), AWS (SageMaker/Bot), or GCP.
• Familiarity with human-centered AI design and UX for conversational AI.
• Knowledge of security, data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA), and AI governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant tools (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate).
• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and A/B testing for copilots.
• Exposure to domain-specific Copilots (e.g., Legal AI Assistants, Developer Copilots, Finance AI).
• Experience in building multilingual or multimodal (voice, image, text) assistants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
