AI Marketing Specialist (Part-time / Remote)

Wood Wizards — a creative woodworking studio in Dubai offering engaging workshops for kids and adults — is looking for an AI Marketing Specialist to develop and implement intelligent marketing systems that drive growth and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven marketing strategies (LinkedIn, Email, Social Media).
• Set up personalized outreach campaigns and DM funnels.
• Automate lead generation and contact management using AI tools.
• Integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) for content creation and analytics.
• Build a centralized AI platform (e.g. Airtable) connecting content, analytics, CRM, and outreach tools.
• Analyze conversion data and optimize marketing funnels.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in AI marketing or marketing automation.
• Understanding of AI-based LinkedIn promotion strategies.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Make, HubSpot or similar tools.
• Ability to integrate multiple AI tools into one system.
• Strong data analysis, systems thinking, and initiative.

Conditions

• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week.
