Client: Our client is one of the largest professional certification associations in the finance industry globally uses DataArt as its primary technology partner. This highly prestigious and recognizable organization has thousands of certified members worldwide.

Project overview: The AI workforce enablement lead will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing AI technologies across the organization. The focus will be on enabling GPT-powered applications for various functions, integrating AI with M365 Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, and delivering robust training and support programs. This role requires collaboration with different departments to tailor AI solutions to their specific needs and drive overall productivity improvements.

Position overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert to join our team and drive innovation in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, a deep understanding of various AI and ML technologies, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

• Technology stack: Python, and AI-centric libraries
• Expertise in generative adversarial networks (GANs) and variational autoencoders (VAEs)
• NLP text generation projects. This includes familiarity with techniques for text parsing, sentiment analysis, and the use of transformers
• Data management knowledge, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and generation of synthetic data. This involves cleaning, labeling, and augmenting data to train and improve AI models
• Cloud computing and deployment knowledge for deploying and managing AI applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure
• Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including GPT applications, for departments such as Education, Marketing, Finance, IT
• Enabling M365 Enterprise and SharePoint functionalities using AI technologies
• Enabling GitHub Copilot for Development and QA teams to boost coding efficiency
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and certificate courses on AI technologies; recommend and coordinate external AI courses
• Provide support to AI users, administrators, technical staff, and SMEs; continuously assess and optimize AI implementations
• Work with various departments to identify AI needs and tailor solutions; engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on AI initiatives
• Stay updated with AI advancements and propose innovative solutions to enhance organizational efficiency
• 5 years in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in deploying solutions across various business functions
• Proficiency in AI technologies including GPT, M365 Enterprise and GitHub Copilot
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience tailoring AI solutions to diverse departmental needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in delivering training and support
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
