AI Engineer with NLP and CV Expertise

This role focuses on model training, co-pilot build, llm apis and requires 5–7 Years years of relevant

experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives and collaborate across teams

to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune advanced AI/ML models, including large language models (LLMs).

• Develop and integrate Co-Pilot-style AI assistants into enterprise workflows.

• Build and optimize LLM API-based solutions for scalability and performance.

• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector search for

knowledge-driven AI.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure AI-ready data pipelines.

• Monitor and improve model accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency in production.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and transformer-based architectures.

• Hands-on with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

• Expertise in model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps pipelines.

• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workloads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-grade AI integrations.

• Understanding of ethical AI and responsible model deployment.

• Exposure to multi-modal models and advanced NLP techniques.
