AI Engineer Wanted

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team at Mynewsdesk.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI features to enhance content generation, media analysis, recommendations, and other parts of our product. You will also work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate AI into our product suite.

Our Platform

We use Ruby on Rails in the backend paired with a React-powered frontend communicating via GraphQL. Our AI & data pipeline is likewise Rails-centric, supplemented by Python and Node components to ingest and process massive daily media-monitoring datasets and leverage advanced AI models for analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Solutions: Design and implement AI features to enhance content generation, media analysis, recommendations, and other parts of our product.
• Prompt Engineering: Create and refine prompts to optimize the performance of LLMs for various tasks.
• Integrate AI into the Platform: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate AI into our product suite.
• Evaluate and Optimize Models: Evaluate LLM models to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate and Share Knowledge: Coach other developers in AI best practices and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

• Experienced with LLMs: Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models to solve customer needs and understand how popular models behave differently.
• Skilled in Prompt Engineering: Experience in iterative prompt engineering to allow AI models to solve complex tasks efficiently at scale.
• Proficient in databases: Hands-on experience working with relational and search-oriented databases like PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch to manage large-scale data.
• Integration Skills: Experience in integrating AI solutions into applications built with Ruby and Node.js.
• Quality-Focused: Proud of your work and know how to balance quality with timely delivery.
• Professional experience: +2 years
• Language Skills: Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required. Swedish is an advantage.
