Job Description:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team, responsible for building intelligent systems that leverage deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing AI-powered applications and optimizing machine learning models for real-time processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI-powered applications using machine learning models.
• Implement and fine-tune deep learning models for applications in NLP, computer vision (CV), and recommendation systems.
• Optimize AI pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable real-time processing.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists for seamless end-to-end integration of AI solutions into production environments.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and accuracy of AI models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and implement them in practical applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in Python, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience in deploying AI models using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible AI practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with reinforcement learning or generative models.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining AI pipelines and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of AI interpretability and model explainability techniques.
