AI Engineer – Generative AI

Context / ObjectivesAs part of the growth of our AI-driven solutions, we are looking for a mid-level AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI.You will join our Data & AI team to design, develop, and optimize generative models (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal) for innovative use cases (chatbots, content generation, data synthesis, business process optimization). Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, train, and optimize generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, etc.).Implement and integrate models into production environments (APIs, microservices, MLOps).Contribute to defining the technical architecture of Generative AI projects.Adapt and fine-tune pre-trained models to meet business needs.Build efficient and scalable training and inference pipelines.Stay up to date with new frameworks and approaches in Generative AI and assess their potential.Collaborate closely with Data Science, Product, and Development teams to turn business requirements into concrete solutions.Ensure quality, security, and ethical use of AI models.
