AI Engineer (Fully Remote)

We have partnered with a US-based company to recruit a fully-remote AI engineer on monthly contracts.

Our client is a Phoenix-based tech company that specializes in custom applications, automation, and AI-driven tools. They help clients quickly achieve product-market fit by leveraging advanced technology and streamlined processes. In addition to product design and automation, they offer strategic tech leadership, including fractional CTO services, making them ideal for businesses aiming to scale or enhance operational efficiency through innovation and automation.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient with the following MUST-HAVE skills:

Langchain, Building AI Agents, AI RAG, AI Chatbots, and Fine Tuning AI models.

Candidates with 3-5 years of intermediate-level experience with hands-on programming experience are preferred, and those who can finetune AI models will have a significant advantage.
