As an AI Engineer at Deeplight, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing AI systems that address real-world challenges faced by our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific applications. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable deployment of AI solutions, while also focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze and preprocess data to create relevant training datasets for model development.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance accuracy.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Solid programming skills in Python or R, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with data manipulation and exploration using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
