The Role

We are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to design and build innovative AI applications for our clients. This is a client-facing role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, craft AI-driven solutions, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test and refine prompts for large language models and generative AI solutions.
• Build and deploy AI applications such as chatbots, predictive tools and NLP pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients to define use cases and present outcomes.
• Integrate AI into wider business systems and workflows.
• Apply MLOps practices to monitor, optimise and scale AI solutions.
• Document prompt strategies and ensure outputs are ethical and reliable.

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in AI/ML engineering, data science or software development.
• Strong Python skills; SQL and experience with other languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java, C#) desirable.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, RAG) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of ML concepts, NLP and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and present findings clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
