Summary

As an AI Engineer at Sopra Steria, you will drive the realization of AI’s potential by working with generative AI. You will develop and implement AI solutions on modern cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, focusing on techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and domain-adapted AI agents. The role involves close collaboration with clients to ensure value creation through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Must Have

• Develop and implement AI solutions on modern cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
• Work with techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and develop domain-adapted AI agents.
• Maintain close contact with the customer’s business to ensure value creation.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions (LLM, RAG) on platforms like Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience with Python or other relevant programming languages.
• Interest in system development and ability to work closely with the business.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Good To Have

• Experience in advanced analytics and Data Science, e.g., statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Experience in classic Business Intelligence, from data management in Data Warehouse and relational databases to data modeling and visualizations in Power BI.

About the role

As an AI Engineer, you will become part of our AI & Analytics team and get the opportunity to work on highly innovative assignments. In this role, you will, for example:

• Develop and implement AI solutions on modern cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry
• Work with techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and develop domain-adapted AI agents
• Maintain close contact with the customer’s business to ensure that the solutions we build create real value

Who we are looking for

We believe you have a background in data management, analytics, or advanced analytics, and that you have taken the step towards a more specialized AI profile. You are passionate about creating value through data-driven insights and want to be at the forefront of generative AI.

We would like you to have:

• At least 1 year of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, e.g., LLM and RAG, on platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience with Python or other relevant programming languages
• Interest in system development and ability to work closely with the business

It is meritorious if you also have experience in:
