Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an AI Solutions Architect. The AI Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and developing AI solutions, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and integrating AI technologies into existing systems. The role also involves guiding software development processes and optimizing business processes through AI applications. The AI Solutions Architect will work closely with various teams to ensure effective implementation and support of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Build a custom NER pipeline using spaCy or similar NLP frameworks focused on legal documents.
Integrate OCR tools (e.g., Apache Tika, DocXChain, pdfplumber) to process scanned files.
Collaborate with the QA and product teams to label and train the model using annotated datasets.
Develop entity extraction logic with confidence scoring and error detection.
Implement a structured data pipeline feeding into a FastAPI backend for Angular-based QA review.
Integrate with LLM APIs (Claude or OpenAI) for document summarization and legal clause interpretation.
Optimize the pipeline to meet stringent audit and accuracy targets (≥99.9%).
Write unit tests, deployment scripts (Docker), and documentation for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills
3+ years of Python development experience, including NLP (preferably spaCy)
Strong grasp of legal terminology and document structures (contracts, leases, amendments, etc.)
Experience with OCR and PDF parsing libraries (Apache Tika, pdfplumber, etc.)
Hands-on work with custom NER model training using real-world legal datasets
Familiarity with FastAPI, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL
Experience integrating with Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs
Docker and cloud deployment (preferably AWS EC2)
