What We Do:

Zeno AI helps sales- and service-driven businesses automate their communication using AI-powered agents. These agents:

• Handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and route hot prospects

• Manage inbound inquiries like bookings, FAQs, and general questions

• Operate 24/7 and integrate with internal systems

We’re expanding our platform to support other channels like chat and messaging, so this role comes with plenty of growth opportunities.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build and customize advanced voice AI agents using modern tools and APIs

• Connect AI agents to our internal CRM for control and monitoring

• Design dynamic call flows, smart escalation paths, and smooth handoffs

• Work closely with the team to shape product direction and client implementations

• Contribute to our roadmap as we expand into text and chat-based automation

Ideal Experience:

• Experience developing AI voice agents or working with speech/NLP systems

• Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and LLMs

• Startup mindset — comfortable moving fast, solving problems, and thinking creatively

Bonus if you’ve worked with customer communication tools, CRM systems, or automation platforms
