What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with advanced GenAI systems to evaluate and moderate content across platforms, ensuring alignment with quality standards and safety policies
• Orchestrate complex content workflows, managing handoffs between tools and teams while maintaining visibility and accountability throughout the process
• Identify and document edge cases, create high-quality training data through annotation, and provide detailed feedback loops that continuously enhance AI moderation capabilities

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $15 USD/hour, which equates to $30,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
