AI Consultant

The Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate AI/ML engineers to join our core team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise to help build, deploy, and scale AI-powered applications, and become a trusted advisor to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert advice on AI/ML strategy, model architecture, data pipelines, MLOps, and tool selection.
• Help debug AI-powered applications, optimize performance, and troubleshoot deployment issues in their own environments using our remote access tools.
• Guide developers on integrating large language models (LLMs), computer vision, and other AI technologies into their products.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI or Machine Learning.
• A portfolio of successfully delivered AI/ML projects.
• Deep, practical knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts.
• Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to break down complex topics for different audiences.
• A passion for mentoring and helping other developers succeed.

Bonus Points

• Published research, open-source contributions, or a strong public profile (e.g., tech talks, blog posts) in the AI/ML community.
• Expertise in a specialized AI domain, such as Reinforcement Learning or Generative AI.
