We are looking for an AI Coach / Data Analytics Translator to help bring practical Artificial Intelligence solutions into everyday HR activities. This position combines HR knowledge with AI awareness and change management, supporting teams in spotting valuable use cases, shaping pilots, and embedding AI tools in a way that is useful, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Review HR practices to identify where AI can add value and work with stakeholders to design and test new approaches.
- Support HR teams in using existing AI tools effectively, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable benefits.
- Run training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to increase understanding of AI and encourage confident, responsible use.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong grasp of AI/GenAI concepts and their potential in HR, with the ability to explain technical topics in clear, simple language.
- Solid experience driving digital or AI-related change, including facilitating workshops and coaching teams.
- Good understanding of HR processes and challenges, plus an interest in how AI can support recruitment, talent management, learning, and workforce planning.
- Clear communicator, analytical thinker, adaptable, proactive, and results-focused.
- Dutch: Fluent or basic (if French is fluent)
- French: Fluent or basic (if Dutch is fluent)
- English: Fluent
This is a short-term assignment (60% on-site, 40% remote) offering the chance to help an HR team integrate AI in a practical and responsible way.
