AI Call Flow Expert Needed to Finalize and Test RetailAI Agent (Call Automation)

DESCRIPTON:

I’ve already set up most of my conversational AI agent (RetailAI) to book meetings and qualify leads using Cal.com. The API integration is working and meetings are being scheduled—but I need help finalizing the logic and testing it through a variety of scenarios.

This is not a build-from-scratch job—it’s already mostly working. I just need a detail-oriented contractor to go in, clean up the logic, close the loops, add a couple of key steps, and test it thoroughly to make sure it behaves like a human assistant.

What I Need You to Do:

🔹 Review the current call flow and fix any broken loops or dead ends

🔹 Add a step that captures the name of the person responsible for performance evaluations

🔹 Test different call scenarios, including:

  ◾ Reaches someone who gives the correct contact’s name

  ◾ Reaches someone who offers to transfer the call

  ◾ Prospect says they’re not interested or unsure

  ◾ Prospect requests info via email

🔹 Confirm that the Cal.com scheduling integration is working properly

🔹 Ensure the AI logs names, titles, outcomes, and contact details clearly

🔹 Provide a flowchart or written documentation of the full logic

🔹 Run real-world test calls to confirm stability and smooth flow
