We are looking for a dedicated, technically experienced AI & Intelligent Automation Lead/Product Manager to join our growing team, focused on pioneering the integration of AI and intelligent automation within our core operations and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping how we augment human capabilities with AI, driving significant advancements in productivity, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching innovative AI-powered solutions that directly impact our market-making activities, risk management, and operational processes. This includes, but is not limited to, leveraging LLMs and other relevant AI/ML technologies, Multi-Agent Coordination and Planning (MCP), and advanced data analytics (e.g. towards context engineering), to create tools and systems that empower our teams, to automate and accelerate value creation.
