AI Automation Engineer (Building Voice Agents, n8n workflows and CRM integrations) - Contract to Hire

Job Title: AI Automation Engineer (Voice Agents, GoHighLevel & CRM Integration)

We’re looking for an experienced AI automation expert to help us build and install AI voice agents and automation systems for our clients.

You must be confident working with tools like Vapi, Twilio, GoHighLevel, and n8n — and know how to connect these with other CRMs (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and improve AI voice agents that can book appointments and follow up with leads

Set up automations using n8n, Twilio, GoHighLevel, and other similar platforms

Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and CRMs

Create smart inbound and outbound call systems

Build simple dashboards showing call KPIs (missed calls, follow-ups, etc.)

Make the voice agents faster, more accurate, and reliable

Improving system prompts so the agents don’t hallucinate

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with Vapi, Twilio, n8n and GoHighLevel or similar CRMs

Strong problem-solving skills

Some coding experience (to build and customize integrations)

Good understanding of sales workflows (cold calling, follow-ups, inbound leads)

CRM integration experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)

This is a permanant role and not a freelance contract where you will build inbound and outbound voice agents and other complex workflows in n8n.
