AI & Automation Developer (Marketing, Content, UGC)

Summary

AI Growth Hub is seeking an AI & Automation Developer with a passion for marketing, content, and user-generated content (UGC) to help build and optimize next-generation AI systems. You will develop automation workflows and generative AI tools that power content creation, social engagement, and influencer experiences for our agency partners — all under a white-label framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions to streamline content production, scheduling, and publishing
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering frameworks for brand-aligned UGC
• Integrate generative AI models (text, image, video) into marketing workflows
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to scope and deliver client-facing automation solutions
• Implement and maintain API connections across social media and marketing platforms
• Ensure that all automation meets data privacy, compliance, and brand safety standards
• Prototype and test new AI features to enhance engagement and UGC campaigns
• Document processes, workflows, and reusable code for scale

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in AI, automation engineering, or marketing technology
• Strong skills in Python, Node.js, or similar for building automations
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia, etc.)
• Understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Meta APIs)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and content workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience working with agencies, MarTech tools, or creative production a plus
