AI Automation & Agent Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

Location: Global / Remote

Duration: 3–6 months (renewable based on performance and project scope)

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about AI and loves experimenting with new tools. The role is simple: take ideas from our leadership team (e.g. “what if AI could help us with X?”) and turn them into working prototypes. You’ll be building AI agents, setting up automations, and connecting different platforms to simplify how we do business.

Some of the projects we’re currently exploring include:

• AI-powered sales agents that can engage prospects and support deal flow.
• Fraud detection workflows that flag risk in real-time.
• Exploring tokenisation platforms and how AI might support secure infrastructure.

You don’t need to be an expert in these domains — what matters is that you can take ideas like these and prototype them into practical tools we can test and refine.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine AI agents using platforms like Blink, OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, or Make.
• Turn business ideas into small experiments and working prototypes.
• Connect AI models to existing systems and integrations.
• Document workflows and share learnings with the team.
• Continuously explore ways AI can make things faster, simpler, and smarter.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience building or testing AI agents/automations (personal or professional).
• Familiarity with at least one AI platform (Blink, OpenAI API, LangChain, Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Comfort with problem-solving, integrations, and learning new tools quickly.
• Excitement about AI and curiosity to experiment.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Any portfolio, demo, or project you’ve built with AI.
• Exposure to APIs or workflow tools.

Contract Details

• Remote, global.
• 3–6 month contract (option to extend).
• Flexible hours.
• Compensation: junior-to-mid level (please include your expected rate).
